Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. Efforts will be made to meet special requests, however we cannot always guarantee a specific unit. We strive our best to always assign you the unit you requested. We are over 99% successful in this endeavor. Renter of record must be 21 or older. Number of guests must not exceed the unit occupancy. Violation of this policy can result in additional fees and/or eviction.
Rates and Charges
Rates are per night, two-night minimum and subject to NH Rooms Tax and reservation fees. On occasion, one night stays will be accepted at an additional charge. During holiday and theme timeframes, longer minimum stays and weekend rates may apply. Full payment is due 30 days before your visit. Reservations are held on a credit card until one month prior to stay. At that time, if payment is not received, your credit card will be charged the entire amount. A $30.00 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations up to one week prior to stay. Cancellations received 7 or less days before arrival will be charged a one night fee if the unit cannot be re-rented. In the event that the unit is re-rented, only the $30.00 charge will apply. In the case of multiple rooms booked together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is canceled. Refunds will not be given for early check-out, late arrivals, or no-shows. A $250.00 (credit card authorization) security deposit is required. The hold is released after the unit is cleaned, barring no damages or excessive cleaning.
Exceeding unit occupancy will result in additional charges being incurred and/or eviction.
Our units are privately owned and self-catering. Daily maid service is not included with your stay. Discounted rates apply to telephone or our website reservations only. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Pets
Regrettably, pets are not allowed at the Nordic Inn.
Noise
Please respect our noise policy. We ask that you respect your neighbors and refrain from loud talking and running in the common hallways. We also request that conversation volume and language be monitored while on your decks/balconies. Quiet time takes effect at 10 PM and lasts until 9 AM. EXCESSIVE NOISE CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF RENTAL CHARGE AND/OR EVICTION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR EVICTIONS.
Other
All of our units are non-smoking. Condominium regulations prohibit hanging/draping towels and clothing from deck and balcony railings. Condominium regulations also prohibit gas and charcoal grills within 200 feet of the building. We ask that you pay particular attention to these three policies, as unit owners are subject to fines from violations. Fines to owners, incurred by renters, will be charged back to the renter.
