When staying at the Nordic Inn in Lincoln, New Hampshire, you may choose from a variety of styles of condominiums, specifically designed for luxurious and comfortable living. Below are sample floor plans of the condominiums and hotel room available through Discounted Condo Rentals. Each unit is individually owned and decorated; each is unique and reflects the owner's taste and style. Furniture styles and placement will vary from unit to unit. You may click on a unit number to view each individual condo.
Floor Plan A
Floor Plan A is a large one bedroom condo which includes a bedroom with a large walk-in closet, bathroom, living room, dining area and a full-size kitchen. You will have a choice of two master suites. You can choose a bedroom with either one king bed or a unit with two queen beds. A one bedroom unit will accommodate two to four people. This unit is approximately 800 square feet.

Floor plan B, our two bedroom condo features two bedrooms, both with walk-in closets and access to private full baths. This unit also boasts a full-size kitchen, dining area and living room. This spacious unit is approximately 1200 square feet and can accommodate up to six people.

Floor Plan C
Our three bedroom condo is the largest and most spacious unit at the Nordic Inn. It is a two level unit of approximately 1800 square feet. It has three full bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Along with the full-size kitchen, dining room and living room, floor plan D also has two balconies and an additional living/lounging area located in the upstairs loft. This unit is our best value for large families and groups. Our three bedroom units sleeps up to ten people.

Room amenities include air-conditioning, a table and two chairs, leather lounging chair, Cable TV and VCR, a mini-fridge, microwave oven and coffee-maker. NOTE: This unit is set up as a hotel room and does not have a kitchen, living room or gas fireplace.
For the budget-conscious, couple or single traveler, Discounted Condominium Rentals offers one hotel unit at the Lincoln NH Nordic Inn. It features a king bed and accommodates up to 2 people. Room amenities include air-conditioning, a table and two chairs, leather lounging chair, Cable TV and VCR, a mini-fridge, microwave oven and coffee-maker. NOTE: This unit is set up as a hotel room and does not have a kitchen, living room or gas fireplace.
