Area Attractions
Beyond the grounds of the Nordic Inn, the towns of Lincoln and Woodstock offer boutiques and shops perfect for browsing. Franconia and Mount Washington are popular destinations to the north, as is North Conway (a factory outlet mecca) to the east, and the Lakes Region to the south. Ask about local maps and area brochures at the Chamber of Commerce or the NH visitors center located at the junction of Rtes. 93 and 112.

Franconia Notch State Park, Rte. 3, Lincoln. Home of the Old Man of the Mountains. Set 1200 feet above Profile Lake on a sheer cliff is this natural stone profile - the symbol for New Hampshire. Jean,s Playhouse, Rte. 112, Lincoln. A professional summer repertory musical theatre company, which has developed a reputation for high level artistic performances, including past productions of Grease, Oklahoma!, Anything Goes, and The Music Man. North Country Center for the Arts also produces a Children’s Theatre company, performing original adaptations of well-known folk and fairy tales during an eight week summer season.
