POLICIES
* Rates are per night and subject to a two-night minimum. During holiday and theme timeframes, longer minimum stays and weekend rates may apply.
* Check-in time is 4 P.M. Check-out time is 10 A.M.
* A $25.00 service charge will be applied to cancellations up to one week prior to stay. Within one week of stay, a one night charge will be applied if the unit cannot be re-rented. In the event that the unit is re-rented, only the $25.00 charge will apply. In the case of multiple rooms booked together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is canceled.
* Refunds will not be given for early check-out or no-shows.
* A $200.00 hold (credit card authorization) security deposit is required. The hold is released after the unit is cleaned, barring no damages or excessive cleaning.
* Our units are privately owned and self-catering. Daily maid service is not included with your stay.
* Exceeding unit occupancy will result in additional charges being incurred and/or eviction.
* Regrettably, pets are not allowed at the Nordic Inn.
