We have two weight and exercise rooms offering both cardio and circuit training. These rooms are equipped with flat screen TV's.
Additionally, we have three Saunas, a male and female, and also a co-ed Sauna. The co-ed Sauna is pictured above.
In addition, for your recreational pleasure, we also offer racquetball, coin-operated video games, and use of our game tables. All of this is available to you as our guests.
