POLICIES:

Rates are per night and
subject to a two-night minimum. During holiday and theme timeframes, longer
minimum stays and weekend rates may apply. |

Check-in time is 4 P.M. Check-out time is 10 A.M. |
|
A $25.00 service charge will be
applied to cancellations
up to one week prior to stay. Within one week of stay, a one night charge
will be applied if the unit cannot be re-rented. In the event that the unit is re-rented, only the $25.00 charge
will apply.
In the case of multiple rooms booked
together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is canceled.

Refunds
will not be given for early check-out or no-shows. |

A $200.00 hold will be placed on your credit card as a
security deposit. The hold is released after the unit is cleaned, barring no damages or
excessive cleaning. |

Our units are self-catering and
daily maid service is not included with your stay.
Arrangements can be made prior to your arrival, for this service, at an additional charge. |
|
Regrettably, pets
are not allowed at the Nordic Inn. |
